Shipping policy

 Please make sure your address is entered completely and correctly to be sure that your item(s) are delivered and received within the time frame that is stated.


In the event that an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed at sales@gemcollections.com. We will do our very best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we will not be held liable for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from GEM Collections, you will be held financially responsible for the original shipping charges.
 
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must follow up with the United States Postal Service.  GEM Collections is not responsible for item(s) that display the delivery as complete.           

All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.

Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
